You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Wu Jun, courtesy name Chengyuan, hails from Badou Town, Longquan City, Zhejiang. Born in 1987, he grew up in Shangyang, immersed in celadon-making. His family's tradition of Longquan celadon craftsmanship laid the foundation for his artistry. In 2006, he apprenticed under Li Zhiming, grandson of Li Huaide, master of Longquan celadon. This training honed his glaze formulas and forming techniques.
Wu Jun graduated from Jingdezhen Ceramic University, majoring in Ceramic Art and Design. He holds a Master of Arts and Crafts of Lishui City and is a representative inheritor of intangible cultural heritage in Longquan City. He is a member of the Zhejiang Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Folk Artists Association.
In 2017, Wu Jun won the Gold Prize at the 2nd China (Shenzhen) International Tea Ware Design Competition with "Following Circle, Arriving at Square." His piece "Ge" was acquired by the Zhejiang Provincial Museum in 2018. He organized ceramic culture exchanges in Seoul and Madrid in 2019.
Wu Jun authored papers on Longquan celadon's formal language and modern cultural communication. He advocates for integrating cultural heritage with contemporary innovation. With a deep appreciation for classical literature and proficiency in the four arts, Wu Jun is a dynamic figure in contemporary Longquan celadon.
