Wu Jun: Master of Longquan Celadon

✨ Name & Origin: Wu Jun, courtesy name Chengyuan, born 1987 in Badou Town, Longquan City, Zhejiang. His family has a long tradition in Longquan celadon craftsmanship. 🏺

Artistic Upbringing:

Grew up in Shangyang, immersed in the artistic atmosphere surrounding celadon-making. This early exposure laid the foundation for his future career. 🎨

Apprenticeship & Education:

In 2006, apprenticed under Li Zhiming, grandson of Li Huaide. Graduated from Jingdezhen Ceramic University, majoring in Ceramic Art and Design. 📚

Achievements & Recognition:

Won the Gold Prize at the 2nd China (Shenzhen) International Tea Ware Design Competition in 2017. Recognized as a Master of Arts and Crafts of Lishui City and a representative inheritor of intangible cultural heritage in Longquan City. 🏆

Member of the Zhejiang Federation of Literary and Art Circles’ "New Heights in Visual Arts" initiative and the China Folk Artists Association. Authored scholarly papers on Longquan celadon. 📝
