Jin Hongyang's Masterpiece: Celadon Pink Blue Series Teacups

 Elegant Celadon Teacups

Jin Hongyang's Celadon Pink Blue Series Teacups showcase a Lotus Petal Pattern. Handcrafted porcelain with smooth celadon glaze, these teacups are a refined choice for tea enthusiasts. Jin, born in 2003, serves as the principal manager of Yujian Celadon Co., Ltd. Her expertise lies in product design, graduating from Zhejiang Electromechanical Vocational Technical University in 2023.

A Legacy of Tradition

Jin's grandfather, Jin Pin, an heir of Longyao kilns, trained her in traditional celadon-making techniques. Since age 15, she has rigorously trained under master potters. This dedication has led to mastery in Longquan celadon production, including mountain clay selection, manual wheel-throwing, and ceremonial firing. Her work is featured in major media outlets worldwide.

Economic Revitalization

In 2015, Jin joined her father in integrating homestay tourism, cultural study programs, and dining into a village-led economic revitalization model in Baoxi. Their model, "kiln ware, tea service, guest hosting, and lodgings," became a self-sustaining ecosystem. Jin's business launched in 2024, receiving coverage from prestigious media outlets.

Cultural Export and Awards

Jin actively livestreams and markets wood-fired Longquan celadon on TikTok, advancing cultural export and rural revitalization. Her enterprise provides jobs for elderly and disabled residents, hiring local university graduates. Jin organizes dragon kiln opening ceremonies annually, celebrating traditional celadon and increasing international visibility.

Recognition and Awards

Jin's work "Vision" was selected as the Chinese national gift for a Kazakh ophthalmologist. It won a Bronze prize at the 12th China Ceramic Art Exhibition in 2022. Jin was named a Youth Talent Ambassador by the Longquan Municipal Committee in 2023. Her studio achieved sales of approximately US $50,000 per livestream, making overseas sales a major channel.
